Connecticut Down Syndrome Congress
The Connecticut Down Syndrome Congress was formed in May 1986 as a special interest group to advocate for persons with Down syndrome in the state of Connecticut.
We met with Holly Salegna who is the Director of the New London County CDSC and we were so impressed with what they are doing for our area's families that we decided to help them in their mission.
